Shipping and Return Policy
All Indigo Falls orders are fulfilled from our warehouse locations in various locations throughout the United States. Our typical processing time is 5-7 business days. We ship via UPS or USPS once an order is processed. Generally, the time in transit to any US location, once it leaves our hands, is 5 days or less.
Shipping is free for an order over $60.00. Shipping under $60.00 will vary depending upon location, dimensions, and weight.
Please note, once UPS or USPS takes possession of a package and movement has begun delays may occur outside of our control. Please email us at email@example.com if you have any questions or concerns.
UPS observes the following holidays so shipment or delivery may not be available:
- New Year's Day
- Mother's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
At this time we are unable to offer expedited shipping or local pickup.
You may return products purchased with a receipt or packing slip within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the sale price and tax. Products must be returned in new and unused condition with the original packing materials. Shipping charges are not refunded. A refund will be credited to you approximately 5-7 days after the return is processed, which may take up to 30 days. If you bought your Indigo Falls product from a retailer, please return the product to that retailer.
All retailers must inform Indigo Falls of any issue within 30 days of shipment to be considered for a return or credit. Please ask for a return authorization, and we will issue you a return label.
