Shipping took longer than expected due to a computer issue, but Jay at Indigo Falls was right on top of it. He communicated quickly and professionally, even going as far as helping to track the package with UPS. Looking forward to receiving the cooler now that this order is back on track!
Ordered 2 Florida Gators Barista mugs. Received 1 Gators and 1 Seminoles. They screwed up a simple order. I sent them a message and never heard back.
UPDATE: when they finally found out about the error in my shipment they apologized and promptly shipped one more Gators mug to me. So I rate them high for excellent customer service. I revised the one star rating to four stars.
