It's been over 2 weeks since I ordered this item and it still has not even shipped out. I have reached out via email, to check status, and have yet to receive an answer. Maybe someone at Indigo Falls will see this and respond??
Lisa, our apologies, but we did not receive an email from you for some reason. The order is past due and we will make sure it ships on Monday. Again, our apologies. The product shipped out and is scheduled to be delivered Friday. We gave you an extra tumbler as a token our apology.
