Placed my order for this cooler from Indigo nearly 3 weeks ago, still hasn't even shipped. Requested a refund and filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company. Doesn't seem like a good company to buy from.
Edit. Order finally arrived a couple days after I originally posted this review. To be fair, the seller did respond to emails quickly, but couldn't provide a reason to why the order was so delayed. The cooler is pretty neat, I'm happy with it. Not happy with the seller and likely wouldn't buy from them again due to their apparent logistics issues. To attempt to make it right, they did offer a significant discount coupon for my next purchase though I wouldn't say you shouldn't order from them, but be prepared to be patient.
