I messaged and emailed with Jay for the right replacement lid and his patience and kindness went above and beyond. That customer service alone makes it worth supporting this company.
They were both shattered when I received them - I'm giving two stars, however, because customer support responded quickly saying they'd send me a replacement. I have yet to receive confirmation of this.
