The Importance of Hydration

Reminder- stay hydrated! We should all drink 64 oz of water a day. Fill and drink a full 16oz villa bottle 4x a day and you are there! Your body feels better, your organs function better, you feel full and don't eat as much, and your skin stays healthy. Staying hydrated also boosts your immune system and, therefore, helps fight off disease. Remember, we are mostly water, so keep feeding your body water on a regular basis!
